The Lord Has Need of a Donkey

'People want the gift of the anointing but will not always embrace the character necessary to bear it and allow it to fully manifest.
They chase the oil but have no right vessel in which to carry it.'

There is, perhaps, no more critical anointing right now than that of Issachar, 'who knew the times and seasons and what to do.'
Yet many fail to grasp that the blessing and anointing of Issachar is as a donkey.

In scripture donkeys are not flashy, but noble; not startled but stable - persistent, consistent, resilient, alert, and protective.
They are so highly regarded that one speaks to rebuke a prophet; one carries Yeshua just before His birth; while another bears Him right before His death.

Issachar displays these traits as the Torah Tribe in the diligent study of the Word and the careful observations of the signs in the world.
That character formed the natural into which the super could be imparted so the supernatural is manifest.

In this way, they functioned as a horizontal VAV to connect and communicate imperative words for critical times.
Why not you?
We are commanded to 'earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.' (1 Cor 14)
Yet, to move and carry an Issachar anointing well we must be saturated with the Word so that our 'very blood becomes bibline.' *
As I heard the Lord tell me, 'You need the WAY of Issachar to have the anointing of Issachar.'
More than ever, the church and the world need people who carry this.
Not as show horses, but as donkeys.
Stephen
