WAKE UP! He's on the Path (& Waiting)

Life becomes a blur as we all have 'things to do, places to go, people to see.'  

Even when these are 'good' things, we're driven by forces we don't even notice and conform to the pressurized pattern of the world. 

In the midst of that squeeze play the Lord breaks in this month with the sound of the shofar:  WAKE UP!

'Look and ask for the ancient paths where the good way is and walk in it and find rest for your souls.' (Jer 6)

Those ancient paths include aligning with God's design for time - a flow in the biblical months so that we access ALL that He sets before us.

We are now in the month that is time-stamped with prophetic, corrective, and encouraging words from Ezekiel, Haggai, and Nehemiah.  

These passages instruct us that the King IS in our field, that He is all up and in our business, not to harm us but to prosper us.  

BUT there is the call to turn again, check priorities, deal with distractions, see where the Glory has lifted or shifted, and examine the state of our hearts.  

BTW today is the 5th day of the 6th month - the very date when Ezekiel was grabbed by the hair to see the state of things present and future. (Ezek 8+) Hmmm....

God is neither careless nor cavalier with any 'jot and tittle' in His Word: So by those passages, what IS the Spirit saying to the church today? To you?

This month, be aware of the pressure to simply stay on the path of all your activities and the world's schedules and expectations.  

The Lord is sounding a wake-up call and there are things to address so you can receive all that He's about to do. 

WAKE UP! 

He is standing in your field on the ancient pathway.

And He's waiting for you.
