God's Violation of Our Church Sensibilities - Time to Party!

A focused strategy of the enemy is to keep the church from celebrating the Fall Feasts of the Lord - Tabernacles specifically. Why?

It includes God's command to His people to party hardy - to rejoice before Him for 7 straight days.

These are not somber religious gatherings with academic instruction and carefully scripted timelines of predictable worship.

But rather celebrations with such great joy and abandonment before Him that they could rival the freedom and passions found at a football stadium when the home team won a stunning victory.

Can you even imagine that? God can. He's the Joy Meister.

The Feast of Tabernacles not only looks back in gratitude for all He's done but it also looks forward as a dress rehearsal for The Wedding Feast of the Lamb.

Now THAT will be mind blowing.

God has commanded we rejoice before Him for 7 days, beginning at sundown tonight.

It is to serve as a massive recalibration so that we can walk in that strength into this new year.

This is not about you trying to be happy: It is simply a deliberate choice to rightly honor Him and enjoy that deep connection.
